NeuroAge: Dementia Test ("App," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle your information when you use our mobile application.

The App is designed to provide an educational brain age screening tool — not a medical diagnosis. All processing happens on your device. We do not collect personal health information by default.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Test responses: Your answers to the cognitive screening test are processed entirely on your device and not sent to our servers.
• Account data (if you subscribe): Email address, subscription tier, and payment information are managed by RevenueCat and Apple in-app purchase systems.
• Contact information: If you email us for support, we receive your email address and message.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (IDFV), app version
• Crash data (optional): Anonymous diagnostic and crash data if enabled
• No tracking: We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tracking services

2.3 Information NOT Collected

3.1 Test Responses (On-Device Only)

Your cognitive test answers remain on your device only. They are:

• Used to calculate your brain age and risk assessment in real time
• Stored locally for your personal reference
• Never uploaded to our servers or third parties
• Never shared with advertisers, data brokers, or insurance companies

3.2 Subscription Information

If you subscribe to NeuroAge Plus:

• Revenue data (email, subscription tier, renewal dates) is managed by RevenueCat and Apple In-App Purchase
• We do not store your payment details; Apple handles all billing
• Subscription status is synced for feature unlocking (local validation)

3.3 Crash & Diagnostic Data

If enabled, anonymous crash reports are sent to help improve stability:

• No personally identifiable information (name, email, etc.)
• No test data or health information
• Only device type, OS version, and stack traces
• Deleted after 90 days

3.4 Support & Communications

If you contact us, we receive your email address and message. We use this only to respond to your request and do not sell or share this information.

4. Data Retention

You can delete all app data at any time by:

• iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → NeuroAge → Offload App (keeps data) / Delete App (removes all)

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

• Purpose: Manage subscriptions, track entitlements, sync with Apple
• Data shared: Email, subscription tier, device ID (IDFV), purchase history
• Privacy: RevenueCat Privacy Policy

5.2 Apple In-App Purchase

• Purpose: Payment processing and subscription renewal
• Data shared: Card details are handled by Apple, not us
• Privacy: Apple Privacy Policy

5.3 Sentry (Optional Crash Reporting)

• Purpose: Crash logs and performance monitoring (if enabled in settings)
• Data shared: Device type, OS, app version, stack traces — no identifiable info
• Privacy: Sentry Privacy Policy

We do not integrate third-party analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).

We take your privacy seriously:
