Do I need an account to use the App?

No. Open the App and run your first posture scan right away. Your scans, posture history and settings are stored on your device — no sign‑up required.

How does the posture scan work?

Stand sideways to the camera and take a photo (or pick one from your library). PostureLab AI analyzes it on your device using Apple's Vision framework and estimates your forward‑head (craniovertebral) angle, shoulder tilt and pelvic tilt, then turns them into an overall posture score. All analysis happens locally — your photos never leave your iPhone.

How accurate is it? Is this a medical device?

PostureLab AI is a wellness and educational tool, not a medical device. The angles and scores are estimates for informational purposes and depend on camera angle, distance and clothing. For any medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

What's free and what's in Pro?

Free includes your first scan and basic reminders. PostureLab Pro unlocks unlimited scans, the guided correction program, the AirPods Live Posture Monitor and full progress tracking.

How does the AirPods posture monitor work?

With supported AirPods in your ears, the Live Posture Monitor reads head motion to estimate your neck angle and gently alerts you (chime, voice or haptic) when you slouch — hands‑free, throughout the day. This runs live on your device. Alerts can also mirror to a paired Apple Watch and Mac.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account, not inside the App. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select PostureLab Pro, and change or cancel your plan. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

I bought Pro on another device / reinstalled the App. How do I get it back?

Open the paywall in the App and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Delete all data in the App to permanently erase every photo, scan, session and setting on your device. Deleting the App also removes all locally stored content.
