These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the Sourdough Tracker & Calculator mobile application (the "App"), developed by Vadim Semenko (Sly13). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules set out therein.
The App helps you bake sourdough and pizza: it tracks your starters, builds bake schedules that adjust to your dough temperature, provides baker's percentage, pizza‑dough and hydration calculators, and lets you keep recipes and a baking journal. Your baking content is stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
The App is free to download and includes optional "Sourdough Pro" purchases that unlock premium features (unlimited starters with reminders, the temperature‑smart schedule, an unlimited journal, premium recipes and more):
Free trial. If you start the 3‑day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid Weekly subscription and your Apple ID will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto‑renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, reverse‑engineer, or interfere with the App except as permitted by applicable law.
The App, its content, and its design are owned by Vadim Semenko (Sly13) and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or that the schedules, timings, or calculator results it produces are accurate for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vadim Semenko (Sly13) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms are between you and Vadim Semenko (Sly13) only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In case of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
