No. Open the App and start baking right away. Your starters, bakes, recipes and journal are stored on your device.
Yes. The baker's percentage, pizza‑dough and hydration calculators are free, forever. Sourdough Pro unlocks premium extras such as multiple starters with reminders, the temperature‑smart schedule, an unlimited journal and premium recipes.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not inside the App. On your iPhone open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Sourdough Pro, and change or cancel your plan. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
The Weekly plan includes a 3‑day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Open the paywall in the App and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase.
Go to Settings → Delete all data in the App to permanently erase every starter, bake, recipe and setting on your device. Deleting the App also removes all locally stored content.
All timings and fermentation estimates are guidance, not guarantees. Real results depend on your flour, starter strength, room and dough temperature, and technique. Use the schedule as a smart starting point and trust your own judgement.
